Wahhh i hardly slept at night and too much hikab sa umaga -- I don't have any big problem or debt to pay naman . Why i shoulder this difficulties to sleep ... I feel this suffering when im 15 years old at first i feel ok co'z im too young very hyper, energetic ... more place/gimik to go @ nyt ... and to thank not taking medicine na pang hyper para laging gising sa gabi -- Di ko masyado iniisip na at my age na insomnia yun .. kasi sa umaga naman malakas pa rin and pwede pang mag work from the rest of the day ... Nang nag work na me mas ok kasi f my work or shift ay panggabi mas maganda kasi gising ang diwa ko kahit di uminom ng Kape gising pa rin..
Party dito party dun para nga akong Bampira gising sa gabi tulog sa umaga ... OK's lang kasi nga bata pa ang katawan at yakang yaka pa nga di ba ....
My fellow worker admired me not sleep during my work at night . What medicine i took daw kasi ako lang ang hyper sila low bat na --- Sabi ko wala naman -- ( because im not aware pa already in insomnia issue)
More years come and no worries pa -- until last year i feel week and sobrang pagod even not work or pick some hard things ... ano ba yun .... im not disable naman im totally complete pa already function everything naman ---

i already know now na i had insomnia -- wahhh -- Sabi nila namamana raw un at oo namamana xa - 6 out of 10 my relatives have insomnia --
